The University of North Dakota's College of Nursing completed a clinical trial of the Freedom Bed™ that was subsequently published in the journal Orthopaedic Nursing (July/August 1999 volume 18 No. 4). A copy of this clinical trial is available from ProBed upon request. The trial demonstrated that the Freedom Bed™ was very effective on patients with numerous medical conditions related to immobility.
